Position Summary

The Senior Accountant is responsible for providing high-quality accounting and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. The Senior Accountant serves as a trusted advisor to clients and plays a key role in delivering exceptional service.

We are looking for a person who has the desire to be promoted to Accounting Manager and taking the lead role in servicing some of our specific clients in the next couple of years.

Responsibilities

  • Review and/or prepare financial statements, compiled financial statements and reviews
  • Oversee and/or take part in ongoing accounting and/or controllership work for clients in various industries and/or ultra-high net worth families
  • Review and/or complete various account reconciliations of complex accounts.
  • Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve clients’ accounting processes and internal controls.
  • Research various technical accounting related items
  • Assist with the professional development of the firm’s technical team members
  • Embark on other various internal and client related projects

Also, as a Senior Accountant, you would be a key part of employee development and work with the staff by reviewing their work and providing feedback and coaching, as necessary.

And so, what does it take to be part of our team? A CPA with 3-6 years of experience with public accounting experience desired. This candidate must also be highly proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office along with having the ability to adapt to other accounting systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $80,000+ based on experience, CPA certification, and technical expertise. We reward talent and are committed to offering competitive compensation for exceptional candidates.

Bonus Eligibility: Performance-based annual bonus.
