Dear Friends & Associates,
Given the news about coronavirus (COVID‐19), we wanted to provide an update as to the actions we are currently taking. The health and safety of our team members and clients is a top priority for Simons Bitzer and Associates.
At this time, we are maintaining business operations at normal levels as we continue through the tax season. We are committed to client service and should the outbreak result in closing our office, we have a plan in place that will enable us to continue to serve our clients by completing tax returns and other projects remotely.
We encourage you to utilize your client portal to provide and receive information. Access to your client portal is available on our website. Someone from our team will be happy to guide you over the phone through that process. We also have other technological alternatives for communicating such as webinar platforms and conference calling. For now, until we hear of any other public service updates, you are welcome to visit our office. However, we ask that if you have been ill, or in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID‐19 that you refrain from visiting until a later date.
Our COVID‐19 response plan includes the following.
We are committed to providing top quality service on a timely basis. Given altered schedules and extended school closures, some disruptions may be unavoidable. However, we will keep our communication lines open with you as to the status of any financial or tax projects we are working on for you and/or your organization.
This is an unprecedented time for our country, and we are committed to helping our clients navigate the impact of this crisis. We encourage you to contact us with any questions you have or guidance that you are seeking for your organization or tax situation during this difficult time.
We greatly value our relationship with you and are committed to serving you at the highest level possible during this time of uncertainty.
