Cari joined the Simons Bitzer team in the fall of 2024. She contributes a skillset that includes talent recruiting, new hire onboarding, payroll and benefits, staff training, and customer service. She is passionate about helping people achieve their full potential, motivated by her core values of kindness and growth.

Cari enjoys taking long walks and spending time with her two young adult “kids”. When she has time to herself, she will most likely be found reading a book checked out from her local library.
